- Nieuw Amsterdam Peil 2018
After a successful collab on the first edition of Nieuw Amsterdams Peil (NAP) we joined forces with Amsterdams’ leading art galleries once more to let them stand out in design and color, expanding on our previous made identity. Compared to the first edition, three galleries have been added to NAP which easily could be added to the identity. The dotted logo we've developed is perfect for any form of expansion since the dots represent the physical locations of each participating gallery in the Jordaan district.
For the second edition of NAP the relationship between the artist and the gallery forms the starting point in our design. Important is the connection (and confrontation of the work) of a NAP-represented artist with an artist from the ouside. We've translated this by connecting the already existing blue logo dots with nine other dots in red.
