Orisun produces meaningful projects in the creative industry and originated from the desire to effectively support local makers and stimulate the creative ecosystem. Orisun Studio is a foundation established to promote creativity, social value and the position of creative talents. The projects, which are developed and produced together with partners, arise from the desire to effectively support a variety of artistic talents and thus use them as an instrument to foster society.

A fundamental part of the identity is the use of the ancient writing system Nsibidi. These were signs and symbols that are an ancient form of communication used by south eastern Nigerians long before colonisation. The founder of Orisun has Nigerian roots and with Orisun Studio they're joining the movement aimed at preserving the ancient African symbols and paying homage to the culture.
